Visual Builders were engaged by Falcone & Adams Pty Ltd in the erection of a mixed commercial build to facilitate office, variety store and eatery purpose built spaces along the common ground of Emerald; Belgrave-Gembrook Road. Whilst independent groups were contracted to do works in each tenancy, our company were commissioned to forge a three-storey commercial development. With our expertise we were able to deliver on the structural integrity, design and its surrounding climate aspects.

Emerald is a lusciously green outer suburb of Greater Melbourne which is highly exposed to bush fires given its natural surroundings of the Yarra Ranges. Visual Builders were tasked with the skills and knowledge to focus on the exterior build incorporating both contemporary and environmental awareness. Its key aspects include the use of fire rated approved materials such as precast panels and cement sheeting which encompass the building, and steel and aliwood as screening for a modern appeal.
