The Atrium Bar and Lounge are housed at the Smith Hotel in Prahran, a heritage listed building with architectural and historical significance in the City of Stonnington.

The Atrium had undergone a recent fit out by the previous owners that was not well received by the devoted locals. Newly purchased by the Australian Venue Company, Burton & Carter alongside Visual Builders, were engaged to turn this concrete jungle into a warm and inviting functional space. Working on a strict time frame, the concrete pipes were demolished and replaced with comfortable and practical seating featuring stunning timbers and vibrant cobalt blue upholstery. Contemporary exposed brick with timber cladding has now brought this cold stark room a stylish template that is both astute and comfortable.

Funky lighting pipes wrapped in greenery cleverly inject a restrained touch of greenery, whilst the former Fish & Chip shop at the rear is replaced with an intimate function space that is hidden away for those special celebrations.
