This historical building in Sandringham was in desperate need of refurbishment. Visual Builders took on the role of designer to make sure that the façade was restored as closely to its original state. Much searching was done to find the right products and every effort was made to maintain the heritage of the building. Finding the original soda signage was a highlight as was restoring the leadlight windows. This is a project that people still comment on and that was Highly Commended in the Bayside Built Environment Awards 2007 under Best Heritage Renovation.
