This inner city three level warehouse conversion would seem to be a straight forward refurbishment however many elements of the project were challenging. Whilst the design promoted the open nature of the warehouse space with new architectural components chosen to highlight the original elements of the building, the final product promoted connection , flow and   interaction of all the spaces. Existing steel windows, staircases and trusses highlight the structural elements of the buildings. A stand out portion of the project was the seamless joinery. This was a difficult element to complete due to the extremely tight working spaces however the final product is immaculate.
