Bam Bam Italian was little more than an empty shell when owners, Dougie & Belinda entrusted Visual Builders to bring their passion for food and Italian culture together, producing yet another successful and vibrant venue in the Dandenong Ranges. Harnessing the desire to achieve environmental sustainability with functionality, Bam Bam’s offers multiple dining options including a vast open area with large retractable aluminium windows and a full bar and beer system with a state of the art open kitchen. Moving to the rear of the restaurant, diners have the choice of intimate Booth seating or the ability to enjoy the fresh air of the Hills by venturing outside amongst the veggie and herb gardens.

Utilising two adjacent function rooms, Visual Builders have completed a simple, yet stylish fit out to produce areas capable of entertaining anything from business luncheons to a Mother’s Group, even offering a safe and enclosed playground for active toddlers. Bam Bam’s is an upmarket family restaurant with a down to earth feel. Strong compositions of wood, stone and leather with bespoke light fittings, successfully combine to provide a light and airy environment in summer or a warm and cosy vibe in winter. Greenery, vivid splashes of colour and subtle décor provide the finishing touches on this amazing venue.
