HIA 2021 Finalists in Small Commercial Project for Public House Richmond.
What a year it has been! With many pandemic adversities that presented, we still managed to keep our heads high and come through with the goods.
We are proud to announce Visual Builders have come in as Runner Up in the Small Commercial Project Award 2021 for Public House Richmond. This build was a combination of construction complexities, teamwork and design ingenuity. Such obstacles arose primarily from the busy location on Church and Swan Street, preventing Visual Builders front access for the fabrication of the project, as well as the pandemic’s consequential fall of material supply. This gave way in our ability to be resourceful and inventive in ways to which Visual could overcome such challenges. As a result, what eventuated was a modern 4 storey renovation and addition of an oblique two storey roof top bar panning Melbourne’s city scape views.
